For those paying out of pocket, we offer thoughtfully designed cash-pay packages to support accessibility and personalized care. Your recovery journey deserves expert support and we’re here to walk beside you every step of the way.
A psychiatric evaluation is required for all new clients. This assessment typically lasts about one hour. In this session, we conduct a thorough review of your substance use, behavioral health, and medical history, alongside your family, social history, and current lifestyle. We believe understanding the unique details of your life is essential for crafting a sustainable, effective treatment plan. This evaluation also helps determine if supportive withdrawal management is needed and if medication-assisted treatment (MOUD) is appropriate, ensuring that your care plan is tailored to your specific needs.
Gold Coast Package
Our Gold Coast package offers comprehensive support for those beginning their recovery journey. This includes withdrawal management with 7 days of routine communication and vital sign monitoring to ensure your safety and comfort. After withdrawal management and if indicated, you’ll work with your provider over the next 3 weeks to explore medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD), adjust dosing, and begin to address any co-occurring behavioral health needs. Once this phase is complete, you’ll have the option to transition to one of our ongoing subscription services for continued care.
Seaside Package
The Seaside package provides elevated support with two monthly appointments with a psychiatric provider. Perfect for individuals seeking consistent medication management for substance use and behavioral health needs, this package ensures regular, proactive adjustments to your care plan as your recovery progresses.

Charleston Package
With the Charleston package, you’ll meet with a psychiatric provider once a month for medication management tailored to your substance use and behavioral health goals. This option balances personalized care with flexibility, making it ideal for those with stable treatment needs.

Nantucket Package
Designed for those seeking a light-touch approach, the Nantucket package includes one appointment every 6 weeks with a psychiatric provider. This package provides ongoing medication management and support to maintain your recovery while accommodating your busy lifestyle.
